    endometriosis). A healthy gut leads to enhanced nutrient absorption resulting in
    improved energy levels and overall health.

  • Improve chronic pelvic pain prioritise the intake of food that decreases excess oestrogen.
  • Identifiy and limit foods that increase oestrogen and consequently endometriosis.

This guideline was developed by a registered dietician, Lindie Mosehuus. Lindie is a
certified fertility- and perinatal dietician through the Early Life Nutrition group, situated in
Australia.

Since 2021 she has been focused on working with women facing fertility-related
challenges. She received mentoring from her trainers in Australia and works alongside the
worlds’ leading fertility specialists to help clients with endometriosis. The information
herein is based on scientific research and professional expertise. The intention of sharing
evidence-based content on endometriosis is to assist in guiding and educating clients on
suitable food choices for the dietary management of endometriosis.
